Comparative Analysis of Two-Channel QMF Bank Designed by new Class of Adjustable Window Functions

This paper proposes an efficient method for the design of Pseudo Quadrature mirror filter (QMF) bank. Parent filter of the filter bank is designed using new class of adjustable window functions. Filter coefficients are optimized by varying the cutoff frequency. A comparative analysis is included to confirm the validity of the proposed work.
